Why does the vent in my apartment smell like rotten eggs?

It seems to be coming from my neighbor’s apartment. Could it just my allergies affecting my sense of smell?

I’ve sprayed my room twice with Febreeze and sprayed some of that lavender aromatherapy on my bed, yet I can still smell eggs. Am I going crazy?
What are the odds! The one week out of the year when I decide to reorganize my closet and apartment. It’s a huge mess with boxes and bags everywhere. You can barely walk through this mess but I panicked and only had time to hide my bras and throw out the trash.

I called the designated hot line in the phone book, and told them I could be wrong, and they said they would sent a unit over just to be careful… By unit, I thought they meant employees of the gas company and not the fire department.

A fire engine arrived and 5 guys walked up to my door. They detected a small leak, which no one else could smell. I suppose I have hypersensitive sniffing abilities. He patched up the leak and told me to sleep with the window open tonight. Too bad my windows are sealed shut with paint…

I’d love to open my own small spa, offering serivces like facials, body masks, aromatherapy and detox all using the Swiss products that I am a consultant for. What does it take to do this? What sort of liscence or degree will I need?

Is it possible to criticize alternative therapy and psychics without sounding like a witch-finder general?

I don’t mind people believing in things that are wrong, but these branches of religion interfere with medicine, and exploit the grieving and ill.
How can you tell someone their loved one isn’t speaking through a $500 an hour magician, and aromatherapy isn’t going to cure their cancer, without sounding like a jerk?

I want to get into the new age medicine business, any suggestions? So far I’ve got magnet therapy, beads woven into a shirt that align with the chakras, aromatherapy candles, and special clothes (think rings, hats, necklaces, etc) that stimulate chi flow.

I am trying to give up alcohol but need something to help me relax during the evening. Can you recommend anything that truly works? I have tried Valerian, herbal sleeping pills and aromatherapy oils but none of these take off the edge. I have a stressful job and need something that truly does have a strong relaxant (that works) and can be purchased in the UK.
